The ongoing chronicle of Julie Wood's and Eliot Kimber's new family adventure in which they adopt a daughter, build a new house, and generally turn their lives up-side down. Marvel at their insanity. The slab for the new house was poured Friday morning. Here you can see our builder, Decker, setting up sprinklers to keep the concrete wet over the weekend. He promised that on Monday the site would be "crawling with carpenters."
